The Innovation Quarter is building an expanding ecosystem of scientists in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. Designed for laboratory and science research, One Technology Place was one of the first new buildings erected in the area now known as the Innovation Quarter. This 100,000 square-foot building is outfitted with the lab and office space companies need to research, develop and scale the most innovative healthtech solutions.
