Front Street Capital‘s transformation of a bland 8,000-square-foot building into a visually stimulating 75,000-square-foot office/retail/restaurant development, also known as Bailey South, isn’t the only thing Wake Forest Innovation Quarter in Winston-Salem has to look forward to. The second part of Bailey South’s development will happen at the 22,000-square-foot Morrison Building as it sits adjacent to the recently completed Bailey Power Plant. Beyond that, we can expect Wexford Science &Technology to develop 30 additional acres (North District, Phase II) of former Reynolds land directly behind Bailey Power Plant, with easy access to Interstate 40 and U.S. 52.
