Yoga Teacher Training Information Session

Interested in becoming a yoga teacher? There’s many paths, many teachers, many ways to begin the process of becoming a teacher of yoga, but it all starts with you. It starts with your practice, your willingness and readiness to commit to your own learning. The 200-hour teacher training is learning how to navigate a dedicated and consistent practice of learning while maintaining relationships and focusing much of your energy on the relationship with yourself.
You will leave our program with all the tools necessary to lead an intelligent and powerful asana class and a much more profound understanding of your own practice and intentions. Many of us feel called to the practice of yoga and for a while, just going off of the intention of “it feels good” and the instant results of mobility and strength are what keep us coming back. But in time, you may find yourself wondering what truly is underneath all of these movements and why does it feel so good? That’s what we dig into. The history, culture, philosophy of this lifestyle because understanding where and why it all came about makes it much easier to share it with others!
