Winston-Salem Flight Festival

The City of Winston-Salem invites the community to the first annual Flight Festival on Saturday, June 15th from 10 am to 1 pm in the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter.
In addition to kites, there will be radio-controlled model airplanes, drone demonstrations, flying simulators, food trucks and information about local clubs and organizations related to flying.
The festival is an initiative of Council Member Annette Scippio to encourage fellowship among City and East Ward residents to showcase local resources in our community involved in aviation and technologies.
