Virtual: Lotus Yoga Academy Free Livestream

Lotus Yoga Academy is offering free Facebook livestream classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6 pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 am. They also have an entire library of prerecorded classes available on their website. Available to active members, class holders and upon receipt of donations. They’ll be continuing to film and expand their online offerings every day so that you have access to a wide variety of our teachings 24/7.
