Virtual: F45 Training Winston-Salem Live Workout to Support COVID-19 Relief Organization

F45 Training Winston-Salem is hosting a live workout to support a COVID-19 relief organization on Saturday, April 18, 2020, at 10 am. The relief organization will be chosen by voters on the Instagram platform @f45_training_winstonsalem.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
1. Search @DorothyDuggan on PayPal and send a (suggested) donation of $5. In the note, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL.
2. You will receive a Zoom Invitation by email on Friday evening.
3. Login 5-10 minutes before class on Saturday. It is recommended that you download the Zoom App if you plan to use your phone or a tablet to stream. You can also stream through a laptop.
