Join F45 WSNC for an opportunity to GIVE and SWEAT on Thanksgiving Day:
+ All stations will be 6 ft apart
+ Covid screening and temp checks at check-in
+ BYO towel, mat and water bottle
+ Waivers required and will be sent through Docusign
+ Suggested donation: minimum 5.00 per participant and non-perishable food items
+ $1.00 can provide up to 7 nutritious meals
+100% donations go to Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC
