Sunset Salutations

Feeling the stress and craziness of life? Shed some stress (for an hour, at least!) and join us for the first Sunset Salutations of the season, a free monthly yoga class held in Bailey Park.

The April class will be led by Lotus Yoga Academy, which has been helping to make Winston-Salem a little more zen since 2019. 

Be sure to bring your yoga mat and water, and wear comfortable clothes. You can bring a friend, too! 

Note: Physical activity release waivers are required for each Sunset Salutations event this season. You can plan to come early to fill out a waiver in person or fill out the waiver in advance here.

In the case of rain, a relocation announcement will be made via social media by 4 p.m. on the day of the event.
