Sunset Salutations

It’s your last chance to take a Sunset Salutations yoga class this year! Plan to join us in Bailey Park for the final class of the season and use it as a chance to leave some of your stress behind. As always, class is completely free!

Lotus Yoga Academy will guide us through this class and tie a bow on the 2025 Sunset Salutations season.

Plan to wear comfortable clothes and to bring your yoga mat and water bottle along.

Note: Physical activity release waivers are required for each Sunset Salutations event (even if it’s not your first one this season). You can plan to come early to fill out a waiver in person or fill out the waiver in advance here.

In the case of rain, the class will be relocated to the Biotech Atrium. Relocation announcements will be made via social media by 4 p.m. on the day of the event.
