Nikki Miller-Ka is a culinary expert and recipe developer whose blog, Nik Snacks, has garnered attention from publications such as Southern Living and New York Magazine and the Philadelphia Inquirer. This East Carolina University alum develops recipes and brand strategy for clients such as the N.C. Department of Agriculture, Dixie Crystals Sugar and Walmart.
In addition to blogging, Miller-Ka works as the food editor at Triad City Beat, food critic for Greensboro News & Record and tour guide for Taste Carolina Gourmet Food Tours. She’s also served as a barista at Starbucks, a pastry chef and her favorite things to make and eat are pizza, tacos and biscuits.
