Juneteenth Festival

Juneteenth, the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the end of slavery in the United States. Celebrate this pivotal moment in American history with a full lineup of events—culminating with the festival in Bailey Park at the Innovation Quarter. Experience rich African American cultural traditions, including African dance, R&B and Jazz music, cooking demonstrations, crafts demonstrations, area speakers, health education, readings and more.
The 2021 Juneteenth Festival will be a hybrid event. The in-person event will be held at Biotech Place at the Innovation Quarter from 12–5 pm and Bailey Park from 12–7 pm.
