iQ Fitness Fridays with F45 Training Winston-Salem

iQ Fitness Fridays are back in the Coal Pit! Join F45 WSNC for their signature high-intensity workouts on the 2nd Friday of each month from April through October in the Coal Pit behind Bailey Power Plant.

After getting your sweat on with the F45 Crew, you’ll receive a complimentary drink from Incendiary Brewing so you can have even more fun with, and in, the Innovation Quarter community. Registration required.

About this Event:

• Bring your own mat, sweat towel, water bottle, and minimal personal items.
• Waivers required at check-in. If it’s your first time working out with F45, please arrive 10-15 minutes early.
• Class will be outside at the Bailey Power Plant Coal Pit (beside Incendiary and Cugino Forno).
• Get a free drink ticket from Incendiary Brewing Company and stay to socialize after with the F45 WSNC Team.

There’s a 50-person limit, so be sure to register in advance for this event.
