Introduction to Bioinformatics

This is a class that will be held at Forsyth Tech at IQ room 2444.
The Learning Objectives are:
-Understand the concept of big data.
-Understand the concept of high-quality DNA sequencing.
-Become familiar with common data formats and files.
-Perform basic command-line operations and user-interface software to view DNA sequencing data sets.
-Implement basic data mapping and analysis to a reference genome.
