Even “good” vampires couldn’t slay the bad weather for our Innovation & Cinema earlier this month. But this film is too good to pass up, and we had to bring this screening back to life. Join us on August 30 for another chance to see Blade (1998)–new date but the rest is just as you would expect.
Spin it back to a time when vampires were not your best friends–all except one. Blade defined a genre by seamlessly blending elements of action, horror, and superhero mythos into an eerie cinematic experience. Prepare to immerse yourself in a dark and stylish world where vampires rule the night and only one man can stand against them.
Innovation Quarter and a/perture Cinema will be taking you along to the dark underworld with a free screening of Blade, sponsored by The Ginther Group, a local real estate firm dedicated to exceptional customer service for all non-vampires.
Although human blood will not be on the menu, food and beverage will be available for purchase starting at 7 p.m. and the movie begins at sunset.
Pets are welcome as long as they’re on a leash! Just remember, keep those fangs (and claws) under control during the screening! Outside alcohol is prohibited. Announcements regarding cancellations due to inclement weather will be made at 4 p.m. that day.
