Inmar Intelligence Safe Prescription Drug Disposal Drive-Thru Event

Inmar Intelligence will host a safe prescription drug disposal drive-thru event at their Winston-Salem headquarters. This is a NATIONAL DEA event that promotes safe disposal of unwanted or expired prescription drugs, ultimately helping to prevent drug addiction, overdose deaths and water supply contamination from disposal by flushing. Fifty-one percent of misused prescription pain relievers are given by, bought from or taken from a friend or relative. Covid-19 has escalated drug abuse with at least 30 states reporting increases in opioid fatalities since the start of the pandemic. The drop-off location will be held in P3 Parking Lot, Inmar Intelligence, 635 Vine Street, Winston-Salem, NC.
