Heart Opener Workshop

Crystal will lead an alignment based flow to prep the body for backbends, weaving in a thought-provoking theme to anchor the mind. After, we will break down deep heart opening postures in a collaborative and playful way. We will counteract everyday sitting postures by moving the spine, chest, and heart space. On a more subtle level, we will explore the vulnerability and honesty that arises when breaking through our protective armor and freeing our hearts.
This workshop is for new and longtime students and teachers, as well as anyone looking to be in community.
