F45 in the Park

Please join us for “F45 IN THE PARK”, our inaugural F45 community event being held at our new home, Biotech Place, Atrium at the Innovation Quarter.
We are super excited to bring the first ever F45 style workout to the Triad, in anticipation of our opening in January 2020!
