Hungry to learn more about chocolate? Join Black Mountain Chocolate Bar for College of Chocolate, a guided tasting and exploration into the art of making chocolate.
Our makers will provide samples from a fresh cacao pod and present the entire chocolate-making process. Your “final exam” will be a world tour of chocolate, featuring samples from around the globe – as we discover the luscious flavors and aromas of artisan-made chocolate. Guests will finish the evening with a one-of-a-kind craft cocktail from our bar menu.
