Event Series Event Series: Undesign the Redline

Undesign the Redline

September 21, 2021 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

A group of community partners have collaborated to bring Undesign the Redline to Winston-Salem, an exhibit on our deep local and national history of redlining. The interactive curriculum explores the history of racism and inequality, reflecting how these concepts were compounded by and reflected in 1938 redlining maps.
EXHIBIT HOURS
The exhibit will be on display 9/14-11/14 inside the Central Library’s auditorium and be accessible to visit during their operating hours: Monday – Wednesday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Thursday – Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Masks are required.
