“Pedal out Poverty” Charity Ride & Social @ Cycle Bar

The Junior League of Winston-Salem is partnering with Cycle Bar Winston-Salem to raise awareness and support community programs that impact poverty in Winston-Salem during Little Black Dress Initiative, a week-long awareness and fundraising campaign that harnesses the power of social media and doing something “a little different” in order to educate people about local issues that Leagues work on in their communities.
Join this LBDI “Pedal to Poverty” Charity Ride and Social at Cycle Bar Winston-Salem.
-Ride starts at 1:00 p.m. Riders should arrive by 12:30 p.m.
-The event is open to the public, so grab a friend, your spouse, or a whole group to ride and socialize for a good cause!
-There is a $20 ride fee.
-Proceeds from the event will go towards the LBDI to support the Junior League of Winston-Salem community programs that impact poverty in our community.
-Wear your black workout gear and face mask in the spirit of LBDI!
-If you are thinking of making any merchandise or package purchases from CycleBar, a portion of the proceeds of those sales during the event will go towards LBDI.

In Winston-Salem, LBDI will underscore awareness of poverty in our community; share statistics about how poverty is impacting our community and how limited access to resources affects daily life; raise funds to support Junior of League of Winston-Salem programming, including Strong Women Strong Families, BookWORM, and Puppet Show.
