Virtual: 2020 Ardmore RAH!

RAH! stands for Run Against Hunger because it’s a food drive with all net proceeds to benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC, which provides food for families and children in need right here in our own area.
The RAH! features a 1-mile fun run, a 5K run/walk, a 10K and The Second Helping Club (those brave enough to do the 5K and 10K). Which means that from the avid runner to the casual walker, everyone helps make the Ardmore RAH! the premier race event in the Triad.
