What 21-year-old Kevin Clark knew when he pulled out his Xbox Kinect motion capture camera: that his older cousin had suffered a spinal injury in a motorcycle wreck and that he might benefit from incorporating music into his rehab.
What he didn’t know: that was he was embarking on would lead to that “aha” moment every entrepreneur searches for.
Until then, Clark was a student learning to write and arrange music at Berklee College of Music in Boston. But when he hooked up that motion capture camera to his computer and programmed it to play various songs based on his cousin’s physical movements, he was an entrepreneur.
